Slow cooked meats paired with fresh ingredients, delicious beers, beautiful golf course, and a unique experience. Cons: I just loved everything so much that I couldn't find a single thing to complain about!

I stayed at a beautiful old farm that has been converted into a hotel. The location was perfect, as it was both central to the main road in Plett and the popular beaches. The room was modern and functional, with interesting materials used throughout. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, and there was a bar for easy access to drinks. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One negative aspect was the limited parking space with low lighting, making it tricky to reverse out.

The superior room was stunning with a massive balcony and wonderful amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was awesome! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic, and the lunch and breakfast we had there were top-notch. The Barringtons lager is delicious!

The location was central, really close to restaurant, the shop and the beach. Popped in The Table Restaurant and Bar for shots before sleep, it was relatively near the venue.

had a lovely stay in plettenberg bay, and Barrington'S was the perfect choice. the room was spacious, spotless, and had great aircon. the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and the complimentary beer tasting was a treat.

The restaurant and deli at Barrington'S offered delicious meals in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The views from the standard room were also quite impressive. I especially enjoyed breakfast on the porch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

We loved the modern decor and indulged in the delicious food served at the brewery. The free beer tasting token was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to sample four different beers. The hostess, Patience, was incredibly attentive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out seamless. The staff were fantastic overall, attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, and the dining area provided a lovely atmosphere. The emphasis on organic and sustainable living was commendable, and the rooms reflected this with their modern and functional design. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the outdoor space provided a tranquil environment. The restaurant and bar offered exceptional food and drinks, leaving a lasting impression. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as noise from outside late at night and a small room when traveling with large suitcases, our overall experience was outstanding. We may have needed to request a towel to dry my hair, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment. The open bathroom design took some getting used to, but it added a unique aspect to our stay. The absence of a shower door resulted in a wet floor, but it was a small drawback in comparison to everything else. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for future trips. our stay at Barrington'S was exceptional, and we would gladly return.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming establishment along the beautiful Garden Route. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and able to drop off my luggage before enjoying a refreshing drink at the cozy bar. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The staff, especially Patience, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even taking care of my ironing needs. The restaurant provided a memorable dining experience with a delicious meal and complimentary beer tasting. I also loved exploring the shops and picking up some delightful gifts and treats before departing. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for its lovely ambiance, central location, and friendly staff.

Although my room was wonderful, the combined shower and toilet made for a slightly inconvenient and wet experience. Additionally, considering the price, a larger room would have been expected, based on the area's standards.

I chose Barrington's solely because I wanted to visit Robberg Nature Reserve, and it is just a mere 5 minutes away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized service and attention to detail at Barrington's. The tranquil outdoor terrace overlooking the Klein Piesang river bank and garden offered a delightful venue to enjoy breakfast or a range of freshly baked pastries, cakes, and tarts. The slow-cooked, pulled free-range meats prepared in Barrington's custom-made smoker, paired with fresh indigenous regional ingredients, including Barrington's own daily harvest, were outstanding. The beautiful salads using Barrington's own kitchen garden produce and their innovative desserts were also noteworthy. The finishing touches of freshly baked breads from their onsite bakery and a selection of homemade pickles, preserves, and chutneys added a special touch. Additionally, guests could stock up on locally produced, organic produce, freshly baked breads, and other sweet treats at Barrington's Grocer & Bakery. The traditional, reinheitsgebot compliant Hefeweizen with its unique flavors and frothy effervescence was a highlight.

For late sleepers, the noise from the nearby road traffic might be a little disruptive. However, for us, it was not an issue at all.

I enjoyed the unique smokehouse cuisine at the restaurant, and trying the craft beers. The hotel is intimate and well-located. The golf course surrounded by nature was a great experience.

Who needs closet space or a dry floor? Just put everything on the wet bathroom floor and wear damp clothes, it's a fashion statement.
